Batch review and edit many Intervals.icu workouts at once.
Training plans usually have progression baked in across sets of similar workouts. Long runs get longer. Intervals gain reps, duration, or intensity. This tool helps you group those related workouts together so you can see the progression and make consistent edits across the whole block without hunting through an entire plan.
This is not a replacement for the Intervals.icu training plan or ATP builder. It is meant to work alongside them as a fast way to review and fine-tune multiple workouts at once.
0 for yourself).+ to add workouts to the active tab.SAVE on each changed card. The sidebar lists all fetched workouts. You can filter by sport, date, or name using the text inputs at the top of each column, and sort any column by clicking its header. Click + on a row to add that workout to the active tab, or use the + button in the column header to add all filtered rows at once.
Click the ‹ button on the sidebar edge to collapse it and give more space to the main panel. Click it again to expand.
Tabs let you group related workouts — for example Long Run, Intervals, Tempo. Use + in the tab strip to create a new tab, and the tab menu (···) to rename or close one.
The CSV button next to + lets you save all tabs and their workouts to a .csv file, or restore a previous session by importing one. This is useful for sharing a training plan layout or picking up where you left off.
The default view shows workouts as editable cards, one per workout. Each card displays the workout name, sport, date or plan day, duration, and the full description text. Edit the name or description directly in the card.
Changes you make to a card are reflected on the same workout in all other tabs automatically.
Click Week in the tab strip to switch to the week view. Click Grid to return.
The week view arranges workouts in a 7-column calendar grid. Each row is one week. Scroll down to see all weeks.
Workouts with a real date are placed in their calendar week. The week label shows the date range, e.g. Mar 2 – Mar 8, 2026.
Workouts with a plan day number (day 1, day 2, …) are grouped into week rows. The Training plan starts on dropdown in the Week 1 header lets you set which day of the week plan day 1 falls on, so the grid aligns correctly with your intended schedule.
The Mon / Sun pill toggle in the Week 1 header switches the column order between Monday–Sunday and Sunday–Saturday. This affects both calendar mode and plan mode.
In week view you can drag a workout tile from one day column to another to reschedule it. The tile's date (or plan day) updates immediately and the card's date pill turns yellow to show it is pending save. If you drag a workout back to its original day the dirty state is cleared automatically.
Dragging a workout updates its date in all tabs, matching the same card everywhere.
The chart at the top of the content area visualises the workouts in the active tab by Duration, Distance, Load, Intensity, Fitness (CTL/ATL), or Form (TSB). Fitness and Form are derived from workout load across the selected tab. Use the dropdown on the left to switch metric. Click the ∧ button in the tab strip to collapse the chart panel if you want more space for the cards.
This tool is designed for desktop use. Mobile support is limited and some editing interactions may feel cramped.
You can continue on mobile, but the best experience is on a larger screen.
Set the planned start time for workouts on each day of the week. All event workouts in this tab with a matching day will be updated. Training plan workouts are not affected.
